2026 Middle School Fall Program

For the 2026-2027, we have a fun and light schedule to allow for a focus on academics before the more time demanding Spring Season.

1. Field Lacrosse & Conditioning @ Belen Jesuit. Monday & Wednesday

2. Pinecrest 7v7 League @ Flagler Grove Park. Sundays

3. Tournament – Either Goldcoast Shootout or Jingle Brawl. Both are in South Florida. Billed at a later time.

4. Miami Stone Crabs Academy @ Flagler Grove Park. Thursdays

All players will also need USA Lacrosse Membership.

Training & Workouts

Monday & Wednesdays  3:15-4:45  |  Session 1: September 7 – October 14  |  Session 2: October 19 – December 14

The Blue & Gold Lacrosse Club is an after-school lacrosse club where we will get together to learn, workout and train. This lacrosse club will go for 23 sessions and we will have two groups of players, Newer players will be in the First Stick Program to work on the basics while 2nd year+ players will be in the Advanced Trainings.

For the First Stick Program, new players will just need a lacrosse stick to learn the basics of lacrosse. They will acquire sport specific skills, an understanding of the rules and knowledge of how to play the game. The first few days, these players can borrow a stick from us but it is good to get your own for consistancy as one becomes familiar with how one specific stick throws and operates.

Advanced players will need full equipment as they continue their strength, speed, and skill development. Skills will be taught in a more team based enviroment.

All workouts will be 1 hour of skills and 30-minutes of small field games.

Program will be coached by a Varsity Coaching Staff and will have a 40 player limit.

Cost for each session (including a Pinnie): $210.00

Pinecrest MS 7v7 League

Sundays  |  September 13 – October 18

The Pinecrest MS 7v7 League is a great opportunity for players to play against other local players in a fun environment. This will take place on Sunday Mornings at Palmetto Middle School in Pinecrest(7351 SW 128th St, Pinecrest, FL 33156). There is an evaluation day but then we will do our best to keep all of the Belen students together.

Miami Stone Crabs Fall Academy

If you are looking for more lacrosse, the Miami Stone Crabs Lacrosse Program is offering a Skills and Team Academy with other Miami Lacrosse players. This takes place over 6 weeks at Flagler Grove Park in Pinecrest, FL.
